Video Ads

A few examples of effective video advertisings I directed for product launches at Shutterstock. The goal for these ads is to drive interests, awareness, and clicks. While video subscriptions are not new in the stock industry, Shutterstock is looking to attract subscribers with their high-quality content and a great pricing position of as low as $9/clip. To effectively convey both points, I utilized short-form video best practices of opening with eye-contact and use fast and colorful visuals mixed with engaging sound tracks to capture attention; large and animated text that bring attention to the low price point for high-quality videos.

As a result, these footage product videos have close to 30% click-through rate on both Youtube and Facebook/Instagram, and 60% complete 100% watch rate on YouTube!
