Brand work

As Shutterstock expands its offerings and services, we are going through a brand transformation. I led a brand workshop with multiple function leads within the company. I moderated questions and facilitated games to gather information on our internal leaders' perceptions of our brand, and what they want our brand to become. Few days later, we established new brand vision, mission, and purpose. I also wrote a brand manifesto to be circulated internally to instill our mission throughout the company.
