    • Directed and oversaw all creative output from Shutterstock. Worked with leaders across all departments, established creative strategies for initiatives ranging from go-to-market campaigns of various products such as Unlimited Music Subscription, Adobe Creative Cloud Plugin and Shutterstock Editor, to numerous successful owned and sponsored events such as Pixel of Fury, AdWeek and NAB show. 
    • Successful creative aligned with business goals that converts and engages, i.e. $0.5M assisted revenue from 2020 Color Trends infographic within 30 days, 30% conversion rate on Adobe Creative Cloud Plugin landing page and doubling click-through-rate of media direct buy displays.
    • Oversaw company’s CMS modules design and creations, ensured all components align with the Shutterstock Design System.
    • Reviewed and analyzed A/B test results data, drove creative concepts of media and CRM campaigns, oversaw entire process from conception to completion.

    • Drove 4 million “Plenti” enrollments in 3 weeks by leading online experience design of “Plenti” at Macy’s.

    • Spearheaded elevation of Haier's online brand recognition by creating and managing all design materials for company website and social media pages.
