use points at different places. Macy's is one of the founding partners.
As lead designer of this initiative, I started working with all stakeholders and conceptualizing the product experience and interface design a year prior to its launch. We strategized ways to incorporate Plenti to the Macy's site, from Homepage, Credit experience, to Checkout. Built wireframes for each touch points, then created visual designs for development. As the product was in development, my team started crafting marketing assets for the campaign, from Plenti microsite, email series to banner ads.
