My name is Flo. I am a Creative Leader in the marketing field for the past 15 years. Throughout my career in multiple brands, I've led high-converting global campaigns, strategized and implemented compelling stories using data-driven insights and the latest industry trends to reinvigorate brand presence and boost business revenue. As a Creative leader, I lead, build and coach high-performing, award-winning in-house teams with a combination of creativity, process optimization and business strategy to maximize team's creativity and efficiency. Growing up in Hong Kong and returned to NY as a teenager, I have been exposed to various cultures and built up an innate ability to create with empathy and always focus on solving problems for the end users. I strive to strategize campaigns and launch products that not only benefit the company but also ignite inspirations and drive actions from its customers. I am passionate about evolving a brand's customer experience by mixing creativity and business strategies to provide the best content and products for customers on the right platform at the right time. 

Outside of work I am always catching up with industry trends, running along the Hudson river with my husky pup, exploring nature and entertaining my toddler son.
